  • It's long but it's worth it to read if you care about your health! Doesn't matter how many stars a place gates! One of the regular places that I usually like to go with friends and family is Monta Ramen on spring mountain bc the Henderson location is not good as spring mountain location! I will never go back again for many reasons. " I have informed the health department " I stoped by, got seated and ordered the usual. As I was waiting for my food. I saw one of the chefs go on a step ladder in the kitchen and start cleaning the AC vent on the ceiling with no gloves which it should've been done after hours! ,Not when the kitchen was operating! Food being made! That's a health violation! When the chef step down the step ladder he went to the sink to wash his hands but he did not use the SOAP , Just rinsed his hands slightly under the water while staring at me and went to the cooking area to put on gloves while staring at me again. That's another health violation! It gets more interesting..., As I got my food in front of me while sitting at the bar area I see a very very small baby cockroach! on the top edge of the bar where they cook. I pointed that out to one of the server that was standing right behind me and she just looked at it and didn't take any Action so I had to take a napkin and take care of it myself! That's the third Health violation! My food was not fresh and I couldn't continue to finish it so I just paid the bill and left even though I wanted to order more. I was sick for days after that. In general the whole place is filthy and disgusting... it's very sad to see a good place go down. As much as the owner makes a lot of money!because it's a known spot I don't think they really care about renovating the place or people's health especially the kitchen and the restroom is disgusting! Employees are rude and it's hard for them to have a smile on! There is so much more to say. I don't know why the health department has that place open.
