Poor scheduling service. Just tried to call to make an appointment for two routine eye exams. The first time I called, I was placed on automatic hold and then disconnect. I called back and a woman named Alex answered the phone. I let her know that I'd like to make a few appointments. She asked for which location, and not having the address immediately available, I said, "The one towards downtown." I then immediately found the address and tried to relay it to her several times.
Me: "The address..."
Alex: "We have 20 locations."
Me: "The address is..."
Alex: "Nevada, California, Arizona..."
Me: "I'm trying to give you..."
Alex: "So I need to know which one."
Me: "Can you listen to me, please? I'm trying to give you the information you need. And actually, I'm good."
Not a good start for someone trying to become a new patient. I'll keep looking.
