  • I was disappointed. Being part of the Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth and with the prices charged for services, I would expect a higher end service. I was booked for a facial, after viewing my skin the esthetician recommended an additional treatment and told me that this day they were having a special of 30% discount on both services and products, neither of which was true when I checked out. The facial cost $115. The esthetician cleansed my skin, applied two products and then applied a commercial prepared pre-packaged facial cloth to my face. And then she left the room for 15 minutes! She came back, took off the cloth and voila, that was it. It wasn't much more than a Friday night facial I might do at home. My skin is completely unchanged, no different. I've paid less for facials that transformed my skin so I can't recommend them for any kind of skin care.
