  • This was my very first Experience with permanent hair extensions I phoned in and spoke with Scott one of the owners of AZ strands and he answered all of my questions and was super nice. So I booked a consultation with Katy who is one of the other owners. Katy gave me a thorough consultation and helped me match up the colors that she thinks would be best for my hair. She use more than one shade which would give my hair dimension. Couple days later I came back for the installation and it was a breeze! Katy again was just wonderful and I was more than pleased with my results. I was nervous that my hair would look unnatural but actually feels really comfortable and looks very natural. In fact some people have Not even said "oh wow you got hair extensions" it's as if my hair just got longer and they didn't really notice that it had grown. LOL; which is great because I want to have it look natural. Also, my husband really likes my new long hair and says I look younger. I'm definitely a satisfied customer and I will be back again for the upkeep.
