rev:text	Well, after a year of coming to Bikini Bean, I am done. They have lost my business for good. When I first started coming here I worked with the then manager to get a drink that was sugar free, non-dairy, and low caffeine. We ended up with the matcha tea late that I have been paying $4.06 for for a year now. I was told by her to make sure it was rung up as a greet tea with almond milk. This was from the manager. I went to the Scottsdale location a couple wakes ago and the girl there rang it up at $7.35. I am not about to pay over $3 more for the same drink. That is absolutely ridiculous! I just went through the Phoenix location, and was told they informed everyone who works there that they now have to charge the $7.35 price for my drink. I can go to Dutch Bros and pay less for a larger drink. You have lost my business Bikini Bean, which I don't really think they care about. I usually go to either location 2 to 3 times a week. It's really too bad, I like the girls there a great deal. They have always been very sweet to me the entire time I have been going there. Especially Ashley. She's such a doll, and was very helpful with this situation. Good luck with your nursing career! Too many company's are like this place. Into nothing but greed instead of customer service. When your actions cause you to loose customers, you have failed. To bad these people don't seem to really care about that. I will just take my business to one of the thousands of other coffee places here in the valley.
