  • Update: After exchanging emails with Jenny and having a conversation with Glen, I agreed to give mood swings another try. My appointment was scheduled with Sandy. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered suggestions and gave me a great haircut! I've always been drawn to Aveda salons because of the high level of service they consistently deliver. I booked my 5 week appointment as I was leaving! Thank you Jenny and Glen for truly caring about your clients experience and thank you Sandy for the great cut!
