  • I cannot say enough wonderful things about Oasis! From Dr. Knott who was knowledgeable, compassionate and explained thoroughly the problem and treatment,who performed the dental surgery on our family cat; to Reanna our vet tech, who was with our cat throughout, caring, professional, and experienced. Reanna kept us informed all along the way. The front office staff was tremendous, especially Melinda, who offered to bring lunch back from her break, since I hadn't eaten for hours, waiting for completion of surgery. After surgery, Dr.Knott brought our beloved cat for me to hold, it was a profound moment for me. The old adage that "cats do not have owners, but staff "went away as I held her, knowing she really needed her family and this was just the obvious moment. Dr. Knott knew that all along, a simple but strong act of bringing her out to me to hold and love. When before and after I had to give fluids via needles or shots and I was not able to do so, everyone at Oasis was so wonderful in doing the injections, giving the meds, daily when I brought her in, offering suggestions to help me master the at home vet skills. With their great help, I managed to do simple meds giving to her. Thank you Dr.Knott, Reanna, Melinda, and all the vet techs who helped with the daily meds when I brought her in until I was comfortable to do the simple things! Our whole family thanks you so very much! We will continue to visit Oasis and everyone there for our pets needs.
