rev:text	I'm having a horrible experience even before going in. They have no phone - have not answered the phone for 9 DAYS - I only get an after hours recording despite calling during hours. I'm trying to get my insurance coverage and they obviously don't want to give it to me as I suspect something is out of network. My surgeon's office called them twice and they were going to get back to me but as I said it's been 9 days and nothing. My surgery is in 2 business days so I'm forced to cancel after getting all necessary testing and taking off from work. What kind of medical facility does not answer the phone for 9 DAYS! Red flags all over this place.
