First, I will say that I am actually Vietnamese so I know what authentic Viet food is supposed to taste like. I also come from Southern California where there are entire counties bursting with Vietnamese immigrants opening restaurants. I came with my family and we ordered the bun, com, and pho. The bun and com had good flavor and the meats were seasoned well. However, the pho was disgusting. The broth was tasteless. It was like instant broth. Also, the noodles are completely wrong. They are way too thick. I came for pho, not some kind of wannabe udon. And why they advertise that they are also a Chinese, Japanese and Thai restaurant is beyond me. Clearly they could benefit from sticking to just one type of cuisine.
