  • This was my first experience at any Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf location. My girlfriend and I went to see a show at The Palms, and I was a little tired, so I thought I'd get a iced coffee really quickly, especially since there was no one in line. The girl was nice, but never gave me my change. She took the money, slammed the drawer shut, and went on to make my coffee. It was only twenty two cents, but still, who does that? I was in a bit of a shock, and since I work in the service industry myself, I still dropped a dollar in the tip cup, thinking "I guess she really needed that change." I would have said something, but there was a line forming, so I just took my coffee and left. We went to go see the show and I forgot all about it, until the next day when I passed by a Starbucks. It started to bother me so I called the manager, a very nice girl, and she basically said the girl is new and she probably forgot. I told her that I was just calling to let her know, I didn't want anything out of it. Two stars because the iced coffee was pretty good.
