  • Brought in 2 of my cars for repairs. They weren't the best at communicating. I felt like I had to always call them for an update. My cars were estimated to be back to us within 5 working days. One car was ready after 2 weeks the other took 3.5 weeks. The cars looked great. They did do a very good job on the body of the car. Fast forward to 1.5 months later... I am receiving calls and letters from them stating that I owe over $600. We paid our deductibles. I contacted our insurance and we were told not to pay them. They already received their money from my insurance. What a joke. Shame on them
