TL;DR - Small place with average ramen with overpriced toppings
Very small and cozy restaurant. Be prepared to wait a long time if you go with a party of 3 or more. We came with 4 and had to wait for one of the four-seat tables to vacate. It was kind of awkward standing in a cramped entrance staring down folks who are eating in your to-be seats.
I ordered the black ramen just to try something new, but it was unflavorful. By the time I finished adding condiments, it pretty much became a Thai noodle soup.
The overall service was nice and quick, though none of the servers were smiling.
I probably won't be back on my next Vegas trip.
