  • I paid for a gel mani and spa pedi on Groupon in addition to a spa pedi that I gifted to my sister.From the time of scheduling all the way to showing up at this establishment I felt that everything was very unprofessional.My sister had her app before mine and swore it was the worst pedi she has ever had.Without seeing her nails I went to my app anyways. Charity, who did my nails was completely unprofessional.At one point she spilled chemicals all over the table and continued to do my nails after touching said chemicals leaving my cuticles burning.Besides the fact that my nails overall look like a 6 yr old did them Charity was very rough when doing my nails using her fingers to clean up after mistakes,deep prodding with her tools that left my cuticles literally scabbed.Charity, the owner who did my nails stated repeatedly that she has been in the business for over 20 years and I hope she was lying.I hope people read reviews before making appointments because this was some of the worst service I have ever paid for.
