Finally, I get to write a good review. Turned our A/C on a few weeks back to make sure it worked before the Las Vegas heat gets here. Good thing to check early because the thing wouldn't cool. First time it ever gave any trouble. I had a Gibson Air maginet on my board we got at the home show. The guy at the home show seemed to be a good guy so I gave them a call about 7 AM, not really expecting someone to answer. Seems that most business hours don't start till at least 9AM. To my surprise a nice person answered and scheduled someone to come out that morning. Not 2 or 3 days, that morning. Again, to my surprise the guy showed up on time. He acted and looked like he knew what he was doing and was ready to do business and really fix something. He checked the pressure and of course there was no freon in the system. Turned out there was a very small hole in the compressor and the freon leaked out. I watched him troubleshoot and find the leak, we discussed the options and settled on a new compressor. He came back the next day with the compressor, again exactly when the said. The system was fixed, charged and everything cleaned up as it should be. It is a pleasure to find a company that acts like they want your business. From my recent experience it's a hard thing to find these days. Thank You Gibson Air
