  • If there was another rental car company as close or slightly further away, I'd use them instead of the Enterprise location on Campbell's Run Road. My new job/company requires me to rent a car for travel and my first to experiences at Enterprise have been trouble some. Their customer service representatives have not been in anyway apologetic for delays or the hoops required to get a car with a debit card. And an upgrade to an Audi, that I was willing to pay for, turned into a cheap looking and equipped Chevy Impala.
