  • I went tonight for my second visit. On our first visit we went in the first couple days they were open. The service was rough. Things were disorganized and their computer crashed. I had to ask more than once for things and it would take a while to get. Sometimes extras would show up. They tried to give me a second sandwich and my coke refill came with 2 extra refills...since I had asked more than once. Tonight's visit wasn't much better. They brought me the wrong beer so they had to take that back. Then they brought my son his food but mine never showed up. I ended up waiting about 45 minutes and then asked where my burger was. The server apologized and then it still took another 20+ minutes to get my burger. On both visits they ended up comping part of my food bill due to problems. Food quality was pretty good (once you actually get it) and I have enjoyed what I got. The servers have always been polite and I don't really blame them for my mediocre experiences. I will go back....but I'm just going to wait a couple months so that they can get things sorted out.
