  • What a waste of time and gas . I called before taking my dog in to get his vaccines and asked if I needed to make an appointment . They said no come on in should be about a 20 min wait. I drive across town to get there and check in with the front desk . First thing she asks me, if I set an appointment, Because if not it's going to be a 2hr wait. Of course I was bothered by this because I clearly asked if I needed to make an appointment when I called ? Maybe they could have set me up for an appointment when I called and saved me my time and gas. Atleast they were friendly. Oh well I'll try somewhere else. Thanks anyway.
