  • BEWARE!!!!! Don't waste your money and time here!! They are not the same as other places. This is owned by one person and he's nowhere to be found when there's an important situation that needs to be handled. The so called managers and directors have no authority to do anything. Nor is anything done when they promise to do something.. I spent over $1600.00 up front, and was promised there wouldn't be any fees charged to my card. Oh yeah, did they go happy with my card... I was given many promises by managers and the gm that credit would be given. Since April, I have been in contact with the gm-? who keeps promising to give me credit.. If I haven't closed that credit card they would still be charging my card. Everyone lies about who they are and what position they hold in the business. With bigger gyms at least you can call corporate. Here I think corporate is in Hawaii on permanent vacation....BEWARE!!!!! By the way, it's all locations not just 1..... Ck them out on bbb.org.....
