Man it was a rough experience today . On a whim decided to take my 2 year old here today. There were 3 employees working but only 1 stuffing the bears. We had to wait for 30 minutes just to get the dang bear stuffed . We were behind a party of like 6 older kids . You'd think they would put another worker on stuffing when they see such a big line . Needless to say my kid about lost it by the end bc he just wanted his bear (I mean he's 2 he can't wait that long). Then had to stand in line at the cash register for 10 minutes . Skipped the birth certificate and boxing phase bc my kid and myself were over at that point. I just don't think you need an employee "greeting" people when there are long lines at the stuffing station and at the cash register . When asked how my experience was I nicely but honestly told the women but she didn't care on bit.
Update: so this is really getting comical at this point , so literally 4 hours after we left the store the bear's seam completely ripped open! So I had to haul us back to the mall to fix it. Of course we waited another 10 minutes just to get to the front of the check out line, I was nice but told the woman (who was he same from earlier that morning) that the bear was defective . She said "oh that happens sometimes" and hand stitched it up . No apology, no attempt to make it right. Honestly worst customer experience ever .
