rev:text	So my uncle was flying in from out of town and he needed a rental at a good price. Ive rented a dozen times from airport, but the rates were SO high. After reading some reviews, i was skeptical of Payless, but the price was just too good to not consider it. I reserved the car. I went in with low expectations. Was pleasantly impressed with everything. My uncle waited no more than 5 minutes at the viscount station for their shuttle bus to pick him up, the driver took care of all his bags. Their office is aesthetically very nice, I think the pictures on Yelp are outdated. Even has free wifi and is right beside a Subway and Zets Diner (One of the best, if not the best, diners in the city and kind of a landmark). I made sure i left with one of their chicken souvelaki's. The whole process was extremely quick and efficient. We had some laughs with the guy working, service wasn't terrible and all our questions were answered. They require a 500$ deposit which is a little high, but considering their the cheapest/budget rental makes sense. What I was really interesting was that the agent wasn't pushy on selling anything (unlike Discount ugh). They did ask for insurance which my uncle had. Charges were confirmed to come up to what was agreed/reserved upon. They gave us what seemed to be a brand new Hyundai Tucson SUV (we had booked a full size car) with 400 kms on it. We inspected the car with the agent too. Returned the car and it went just as smooth. I was trying to hate on this place but they did a pretty fine job with us. The airport is a ripoff (and ALWAYS so congested) and my positive experience with Payless will make me use them again for sure.
