  • I work at a panera location close by and asked for cups for water if I could have the medium size (because we get any self serve drinks for free) the manager was very rude and unprofessional he kept telling me he would call the panera I work at and ask them if I worked there. He was trying to threaten me or something when I have been working there for quite some time now. I just think that they need to get some more professional managers in there. Poor customer service!!!
