I made an appointment 2 days prior to coming here. When I arrived, there wasn't anyone at the front desk. Finally, the manager came out after some time. There was a man in front of me asking to get his car fixed up, but the manager pretty much told the man that they can't help him because they don't have time and he didn't even give the poor guy an estimate as to when they're available to fix his car. Yikes! It was finally my turn, I told the manager that I was here for an oil change, and the first thing he did was sigh really loudly, as if he didn't want my service. Maybe he had a bad day? But personal frustration should never be taken out on customers, especially if you're working in the customer service field!! The oil change took about an hour, which isn't that bad. But I sure as heck will not be coming back again!
