ok where do I start. I saw this place on Groupon and I reas the reviews. Everyone was saying the customer service was horrible if you buy the groupon and that you should buy directly from the site (same price) and you will get an appointment faster. So I bought directly from the site. On the website, it says to text a number to make an appt. I text and got no answer, 2 days later I called the number, the VM said to text another number if I purchased from the site but if I bought the groupon to leave the groupon # and someone will call me. I guess this is there way of scanning through who paid where (not fair). So I text the the other number and got a prompt text back to text another number for Theresa and she could help book my appointment. SO, I texted the 3rd number, it was Theresa and she booked me for 3 days later and asked for my order number ( I guess to make sure I wasn't a groupon customer. (Not fair) We paid for the couples massage, one deep tissue, one Swedish. They never asked who wanted which. I have had plenty of massages and was not impressed. I told her my pain point was my shoulders we started on the front (which I have never done in massage.) But it doesn't seem like she focused where I asked. She di dgive me some yoga pointers on how to stretch which I appreciate but I will not be back. Oh yeah the wine was a blush wine in a small plastic cup. It was ok. Nothing to brag about. To sum this up, DON'T BUY THE GROUPON, Be prepared to text to make your appointment and don't expect massage services you would get from the Hilton. He told they specialize in therapeutic massage not relaxation which is what I wanted. They should put that on the website somewhere.
