  • Like the previous writer, I had a terrible experience without seeing the owner. I got a Groupon since Im new to AZ and PHX. I had a fabulous eyelash girl in Atlanta (Spylashes if youre ever in ATL). I called on July 23 to make an appointment. She did not answer so I left a message. I did'nt get a call back, instead I got a text. (not very personal but OK). We agree via text that I will come in Aug 1 @ 3:30. I clear my BUSY schedule and drive from Chandler. I call her @ 3:22 and leave a VOICEMAIL to tell her Im lost. I get a TEXT back that shes left to go to the Dr wityh strep throat asnd she doesnt haved me down until 4. I quickly snap a pic of her text confirmation showing 3:30. Of course she apologized. But this couldve been avoided if she wouldve picked up the PHONE AND CONFIRMED MY APPOINTMENT. Just unprofessional.
