| - We got married here the end of October 2017 , we interviewed with the staff and everything seemed great.
A week before the wedding, we went in to make sure everything was in order. At that time we found out nobody could take pictures in the chapel unless we bought the photo package which was $300 additional cost, this included a professional photographer so we interviewed with A very nice young lady and she showed us her work, we were impressed, everything looked good.
The wedding package included three boutonnieres and two corsages red roses, A CD of the pictures and a video of the ceremony.
At the beginning, the ceremony looked great, however we did not get the young lady that we interviewed with as our photographer, we ended up with a male photographer and his work was second class, when we got the CD the pictures were off centered and very poor angles and a couple were quite blurry, they were mostly very poor quality , our friends and family took better pictures.
The video was quite a disappointment, it was shaking and again poor angles and Some of it was pixelated and blank spots , also most of it was from angles where you could not see our faces.
We also had limo service which was great, but quite rushed, we had our own minister, and were told we still had to pay a minister free, of an additional $50.00 we understood this, was not real happy paying for something that we did not receive. but we paid it, after we examined the bill we saw that they charged us sales tax on the minister fee, 5 other Chapels here in Vegas told me they are not allowed to charge sales tax on said fee.
The other disappointing thing is the red roses on the boutonnieres and wrist corsages started falling apart before we even got to the reception party after the ceremony which was less than two hours away, 1/2 of the grooms mothers was on the floor in the limo.
In the very beginning we understood the package included a set of printed pictures also, when I contacted them questioning how we get the prints , I was told means we purchased the photo package we did not get the prints , they never said this the day we paid the additional $300.00, I argued this point and they did go ahead and let us order the prints, and we were told it would take 6-8 weeks to get the prints, that is why we waited until now to do this review, we received the prints on December 21st. They are the same low quality as expected.and after dealing with them we were not sure if we would even get them.
