  • We purchased a new bed set from Ashley furniture which included a base that raises the mattress from the head and the foot of the bed . We waited a week for the bed set delivery. When the third party delivery company arrived, they only had a partial base for a king size frame Then we discovered the base was for a California King and not a standard king. We waited over two hours on a Sunday for Ashley Furniture to resolve the issues. Although the staff were friendly at the furniture store, today was a continuous problems of errors, it ruined our Palm Sunday afternoon. I'm debating if I will ever purchase anything from Ashley Furniture again. It took two delivery companies to get this right, This was certainly not a smooth transaction. Note: The third party delivery companies were polite and professional and are not responsible for these errors incurred by Ashley Furniture.
