rev:text	My friend and I decided to try this place after being disappointed numerous times at another Brazilian grill place. It's a nice addition to the ever expanding Crocker Park. We were seated right away and was greeted by our server promptly. The server, James, went over the dining style and procedures. We placed our drink orders and started with the salad bar. The salad bar selection is quite good. Ranging from cheeses, cured meats, leafy salads, asparagus, shrimp, artichoke, sushi, and many more. There was also sauté mushrooms, various soups, and lobster bisque for the day. The quality of the items at the salad bar is phenomenal. The asparagus was blanched perfectly. Not only was the taste and doneness on point, the trimming was perfect; no tough or inedible portions! The shrimp salad was also very good; lightly seasoned and was very fresh. The cured meats were also delicious. Then came the meats. We sampled flank steak, top sirloin, filet mignon, beef rib, lamb chop, lamb loin, pork loin, and Brazilian sausages. All the Gauchos were very responsive to the serving card and served exactly what you ask for. Most meats were medium rare and it was cooked just that! The two meats that stood out was the flank and beef rib. The flank was seasoned very nicely with great beefy flavor and slightly crispy on the outside. The flank was also very tender, I'd have to say it was better than the filet medallions! The beef rib was insanely good; it literally melts in your mouth! These meats were served with caramelized plantains and garlic mash potatoes, which were also good. The servers did a great job with the dessert presentation as well. Choices from dessert alcohol, nut pies, cakes, and cream brûlée. My friend ended up ordering the chocolate mousse cake to take home. During service the servers were very attentive. Filling water as we dined. The napkins were also refolded seconds after we left our seats. Both the manager and chef stopped at our table, and others, to see how the dining experience was going. Interior is also very elegant and the bathroom design is clean and modern. I will definitely return on a more special occasion. We were not disappointed at all and hope that the restaurant and staff keeps this level of food excellence and service for years to come!
