  • On today, after returning to my room from an outing. My cell phone power charger was missing from my room. I called and spoke with management and the housekeeping supervisor came to my room attempting to provide a usb cord. I told her it was my power charger that plugs in the wall. She advised me to call management again. Upon calling a representative stated to me "so your are missing a simple power charger" I replied, no "im missing my power charger that was stolen out of my room" she placed me on hold and put joseph garavi (the supposed actual manager) on the phone and he asked me how I want him to handle this since im claiming theft. We go back and forth and he offers to reimburse for the power charger.
