| - My experience overall was trumped by my awful experience in the finance department. Steve, the wholesale manager was very helpful in finding the specific car that I was asking for, and Maisam, was great at answering all of my questions about the car. However when I got to the finance department and began working with Art Burger things took a turn for the absolute worst. I felt that he was extremely rude, condescending when answering my questions and turned my overall car buying experience into a regretful one. My financing was still not secured when I left the dealership which is no fault of my own. As a first time car buyer I felt that I did my homework regarding the process, but do not feel that I was given the support that I needed when I was asking all of the right questions. The next day I was called and informed that my loan was approved, and yet 2 weeks later I am still getting calls from the finance department asking for proof of income, and asking me to fill out further loan applications. When I asked to speak to a manager and informed them about my upsetting experience with Art they didn't seem to care, no apology, no follow up, nothing. They are very accommodating until they have your signature. Lesson learned, secure your own financing ahead of time to avoid a huge headache, and I will not be doing business with Pinnacle Nissan again.
