So this was good. Fine. And damn expensive. I mean, I like good food and I'm willing to pay for it. To the tune of about $2.50/bite of brie, I GUESS I really like to pay for it.
The paella was pretty good, but it didn't have the rustic, crusted-to-the-pot delight that paella at other restaurants (for me) had in the past. It was really a nice copper-ish pot with buttered rice and veggies and a dollop of chimichurri sauce on top. It was good, but expensive and not REALLY paella IMO.
We had excellent service and it was romantic and perfect outside with the dim lights, but I might have still left hungry having spent over $100 for dinner (minus the drinks). Hmph.
