  • First time I came in here, I loved my service the nail tech and my nails from Van. I came back a second time and Van was busy with clients( I should have made an apointment) so I was given to a different tech. I got a pedicure as well and got my pedicure while they did my fill. I got a gel fill and deluxe pedicure and was charged $107 for only those services. I knew it must have been fishy when the nail tech didn't give me my receipt like can, to take to the receptionist, he snuck it to her. They did gel on my toes, which usually they do the matching polish of the gel on your hands. The nail tech I had was terrible, he didn't speak to me one time and was very sketchy. I know it was his pricing that created a high amount. Even my pedicure tech Kelly questioned him at one point and they spoke in a language I didn't understand and she was hesitant but did what he asked. I am bummed I really thought I had found a great neighborhood nail salon to go to. My fill was terrible and my nails are flat and mishapened, I was overcharged and had a terrible nail tech. My polish was cured terrible and in my cuticle. If you dare to come here, get Van, he actually is the gem in this place. His great customer service and skill made me believe in this place and now I see it was just Van as the diamond in the ruff. Also, they have young and disrespectful receptionists in here. They seem like they are under 18 and just want to make a nuck, I couldn't believe the way they spoke to customers and about the techs. They need to have a lesson in customer service, some people would love a job. I left here and still gave each nail tech a $10 tip because I work in the industry and feel that it's the right thing to do. I just will definitely not be back and have spread my disappointment with all my friends.
