I have been a customer with Moore Chrysler Jeep Subaru since 2002. I purchased a jeep in 2002 and another in 2013. Recently, I decided to give Moore Subaru a chance at my business. I worked with the same salesman who did the deal for the two jeeps. Great person love him trust him along with my service rep. My sales associate knows me and what I like in a vehicle. I wanted a vehicle with Bluetooth capabilities, moon roof, and all the little bells and whistles that come with an upgraded vehicle. I understood I was trading down from my jeep Grand Cherokee that was fully loaded The sale of this new 2015 Forester 2.5i Touring was an okay payment was less then my jeep. However, the problem was Subaru Bluetooth capabilities. Apparently, Subaru has a problem with Androids and Iphones. Some phones pair and others do not. My son's Iphone 4s pairs along with my husbands Android (same phone as mine) which the sales manager at Subaru told me my phone was out of date with the new technology in this 2015 Subaru Forester. Moore Subaru knew I was NOT happy with the sale of this vehicle due to my phone not pairing. They tried to make amends and offered to buy me a new phone that would pair with this new vehicle as long as I give them ten stars on their email survey. I took them up on the offer and went to my cell carrier and discussed the problem with them and after looking at Subaru website reviews all models of cell phones have some type of problem with pairing and maintaining connectivity with voice commands. I declined their offer of a new phone due to that fact of not having a guarantee of the new phone not being able to pair with this vehicle. The only thing the sales manager, and management would say is they were sorry! They should be sorry for selling a vehicle that says it is Bluetooth compatible. The Sales manager and/or upper management either know the problem exists with Subaru BT technology or are completely oblivious to this vehicle features malfunction. After all these years of my business with two jeeps for service, detail and the service of my husbands 1993 Jeep Wrangler Renegade, I will take my business elsewhere obviously, they do not care about providing good quality customer service.
