Be careful on what you pay for. My boyfriend prepaid an interior detailing for my truck. The yellow receipt had the interior detail checked with details but the white receipt had a clay detail charged with a discount. The car wash almost didn't honor the interior detail because of their employees mess up. As if I bought Jackson's yellow receipts and wrote my own ?! Come on.
You can't punish the customer for the employee pulling the wool over their eyes. As customers we aren't suppose to know what things are rung up as and why. We pay the price we are told for the service we are told, I don't question how you inventory. But fool me once, right?
They also are all about the dollar bills, the quick cash and are always pushing this or that at a "deal". Last time I "got a deal", I almost didn't get the service I was sold.
Long story semi short- they upheld the interior detailing but it was subpar at best. Spots here, dust here, my $25 car wash back home with a wipe down did better than their detailing service.
I will never do business here again. From start to finish, I felt uncomfortable. I felt like the criminal.
