| - This is going to be an honest review, by a long time thrifter...
Selection- Great. The store is stocked full of treasures, but don't let this fool you.
Pricing- Terrible, for the most part I'd give it a 2/5, some of the store is priced great
Organization- organized well, and has all it's "higher end" items in one corner of the store etc., well kept store, and pretty big
Customer service- excellent, cute little old ladies roam the store and are always friendly
Overall- Disappointing is all I can say. I walked in fully expecting to like this thrift store, but as I looked at the prices I wasn't happy. Actually, I was somewhat in disgust. $25 for a tank top with a hole? $40 for a jacket? At first I thought I may have entered a consignment store, but I've never even seen prices like that at one. Some of the clothing was priced okay, the housewares were priced somewhat appropriate too.
Honestly, I will not be donating to this store any longer because I am in shock at how they price MY donated goods. Go down the street to goodwill or savers and you will find better deals. I made one trip because I was excited to donate to a thrift for a good cause and wanted to see how it was going. I will not be returning to this store. Worst part is no returns. How can you take no returns on an item that you want customers to pay $50 for?
If your not afraid to spend a lot of money on 2nd hand goods, give it a try- but for a real thrifter I was underwhelmed. The only flaw to this store is the pricing, but it's enough to keep me away.
