  • I will never be doin business with them EVER again! How they run their business is very unprofessional and unacceptable, I would never recommend anyone to come here! I went in on Sunday to get boots for my wedding, it was supposed to be a happy and good experience. At first it was, I found my boots but they didn't have my size, so they told me they could order them for me there and have it delivered to my house. So she took my card took all of my information down and tried to place the order. She said it didn't go through asked for help the man that was there told her not to push the button to submit it again and yet she did. So then she said everything was worked out the order was placed I'd receive and email. I was walking out checked my account and over 800$ was charged they charged my card 3 times!! They said the money would go back in a day or two, it's Monday never received an email so I called them they said an order was never placed! I said at this point I just want all my money back that this was such a horrible experience and I won't be doing business with them again. The manager said if I change my mind she can give me 10% off, wow that's great take off the tax of the boots after charging me 800$. No thanks. I'll get them somewhere else it's now Wednesday still didn't get my money back I had to call my bank to get my money back!
