  • I walked into their showroom and was greeted by a very gracious pair of receptionists who explained quite a bit about water softeners to me. Then I was met by Tom, who did a great job at answering the questions I had developed while chatting with the receptionists. Then the next day before 8am, I was visited by Gerardo to come out and do a very professional installation and gave me the basic instructions and warranty info. The unit is more or less maintenance-free, except for the salt. One of my best experiences purchasing a major appliance for my home. Thank you!
