  • This place used to be great, but I think they've had a change in ownership. Service is now terribly slow with no more than 2 people working. The other day I was there some new hire was being trained. I understand people need to be trained but there's probably some training one can do during off hours, instead of a step by step tutorial while customers are waiting. The product is still good but expect to wait at least 15 min to get your bubble tea.
