  • I'm glad we had a awesome tour guide jimmy because the girls at the desk know nothing about what they are doing . I received about 10 phone calls the day before my reservation with each one having different information about my flight. One girl told me they would have to cancel because there were not enough passengers while the other girl told me everything was on point. It wasent until about 10:00pm until everything was sorted . At the end the tour was beautiful and the guide was amazing but the staff need to get their act together . I also asked for the manager to call me but I guess my 900.00 was not important enough to get a courtesy call .
