I love going to Lowes to watch a good movie, but I have to say my experience today was unbelievable. I went to see suicide squad with a few friends, and her daughter. During the movie my friends daughter began to laugh at a funny part during the movie, when the man infront of her turned around in his seat and told her to "Shut the f*ck up!" Mind you she is ten years old, and autistic. After this she was hurt and began crying, so my friend had to leave the theatre early. Afterwards the mans wife told security, and we were watched the majority of the movie! So I went to customer service and told them about our experience. They generously gave us free tickets, but told us that we should have been in a sensory theatre if that was the issue. I myself have a 7 year old son with a more severe form of autism and would understand if she were kicking the seats, being unreasonably loud, or throwing a tantrum. However she was simply laughing and what the man infront of us said was VERY uncalled for. And we get security called on us?
