Came for dinner and was pleasantly surprised at how good the food tastes. Was at first put off at how slow everything was moving but then suddenly there was a surge of good service which was nice. Free parking outside the lot and cozy atmosphere with booths.
Got some free tamarind and mint chutney with papadum to start which was good.
We ordered the bhindi masala (okra dish) and the palak paneer (spinach and Indian cheese) dish with a garlic naan. It surprisingly came with basmati rice which was nice since we didnt order it.
The bhindi masala was really good. Probably the best one I have had so far. Full bodied flavor and not slimey. The palak paneer was tasty. I like that it was too pureed and had some texture left in it. The garlic naan was dripping with ghee or butter or oil and my friend said it was really good. It looked liked really good naan. The rice was kind of hard or old, so not so good.
Overall had a nice experience. And they have huge portions so it was a lot of food for two people and had a whole box of leftovers.
Don't loiter outside if you don't have to. Seems a little sketch.
