  • WORST customer service I've ever encountered. I get it, it's a cheap massage for $20, but their staff shouldn't act just as cheap. Was basically tricked into paying 50% tip after I clearly made it clear that I was tipping $5 for a massage that I was totally unsatisfied with. Felt like I was paying to get beat up, rather than paying to be relaxed. Royal foot care? More like royal pain in my ass.
