  • Why doesn't Yelp allow zero stars? This place is just awful. I had a rep come out to my house to give an estimate on just a tub. He made me choose tile, colors, etc., and never told me what the price differences were. I told him numerous times that I wanted to keep my prices low. Finally he came up with my grand total of 13,341 if I agreed right away, otherwise it would be 1200 more if I wanted to think it over! Are you kidding me? Have you ever been to a time share presentation? I am assuming this is what they use as their business model. I felt scammed and "worked over." This is not the kind of business I would spend my hard earned dollars on. Save yourself some frustration and dollars. Go somewhere else.
