  • WORST HOSPITAL IN LAS VEGAS!! Where shall I begin? I will start by saying this is the worst hospital in Las Vegas. My husband was in the cardiac unit for seven days. First I will begin with how bad the food was. If I was homeless, I would rather starve then eat the food that was served to my husband. A dog wouldn't eat that food. But the worst was the fact that my husband is recuperating from by-pass surgery and they are feeding him high sodium foods. How freakin stupid is Sunrise Hospital. Second, some of the nurses were extremely nasty. My husband is trying to recuperate from by-pass surgery and the nurses were verbally abusive to him. I complained to the head nurse, but got no satisfaction. On top of all this, they left the catheter in my husband longer than it should have been in him. This caused him to require a procedure after he left the hospital. Thankfully, my husband is doing quite well. However, this could have been a lot worse due to the negligence of the staff at Sunrise Hospital. I would rather die on the street, than go to Sunrise Hospital.
