  • I have been going to Diamond Nail and Spa for the past 5 years, however, I have only had Melissa do my nails for the past year and half, and I WILL NEVER GO TO ANYONE ELSE!!!! Melissa is the best nail technician I have ever had. She always accommodates my requests, cutting my nails as short as I like (no matter how many times I say I want short nails, other techs always make leave them too long). Even since Melissa has been doing my nails, my nails are nice and healthy. I do not have any issues with lifting or breaking and I know that is because of Melissa's meticulous attention to detail. If this review was just for Melissa it would be 5-star. I only knocked off one star because of the environment. This is a very busy salon, and the last few times I have been in, there were a handful of children running around or playing on their iPads with the volume up loud and no earphones. I don't expect a nail salon to be quiet or zen-like, however, having the kids running around and just being children is distracting. I do not blame the children at all, they are just being kids, but I wish the owners would not let them run around or at least suggest their wear earphones when playing on their iPads. I don't believe they are the customer's children as I have seen the same children the past few visits, so that is why I putting this on the owners to do or say something.
