  • This is the second time I have used them. First time for carpets, great job. This time for tile, not so good. Overall, it looks the same. No grout stains removed, ok job cleaning the tile. I won't use again for tile/grout cleaning. I have spray from Home Depot that did a better job. The tech was very friendly and on time. He did inform me after, of course, that the stains couldn't come out. If I had known that before, I would not have used them. I can mop my own floors for $200.
