The only complaint is that when they send you home after anesthesia and surgery, they give you a written prescription. You have to go to the pharmacy and either wait for the script to be filled or go home and drive back if it's a long wait.
Other, more paitient-friendly, providers ask you in advance for your preferred pharmacy and phone the prescription in so that you only have to make one trip. It's a big deal if you have just had surgery. I hope they read this and get their act together so future paitients benefit.
