rev:text	I have been meaning to review this company since they have taken over the management for the condo that I am renting. Since day one the company as a whole has been HORRIBLE. They sent me a letter in the mail literally days before my rent was due and gave instructions on how to pay. 2015 and no option for electronic payment option????? WHAT? So, they want you to mail your check, do a bill payment through your bank or pay in person. So first, I paid with a bill payment through my bank. I have to send it about a week early for it to get to them on time.. and then they have been giving me late fees every month since I have had to pay to them. I NEVER pay my rent late, never have. But this office cannot process a check in a timely manner, guaranteeing that you will get late charges every month. And, to top it off, they waited three months to send me a letter informing that my rent was "late". I can show records from my bank account showing I pay early... but they are still marking my rent as late?? FRAUD. Then after attempting to work with the "accounting" department, they offer resolutions and do not take responsibility for their errors. As a matter of fact it can take WEEKS to get a response from them, even with multiple contact efforts. Customer service - 3 stars. So, this month I tried a new approach. I took the time out of MY schedule to drive all the way to the office to pay the rent in person so that they cannot fraudulently charge me more late fees. So, I order checks from my bank (added expense in dealing with this crock-of-a company, who uses checks in 2015??) I get in my car and drive down to hand deliver my rent to avoid their lies and more late fees. I get there within business hours and guess what??? No one is there. Doors are locked and they are not answering the door. I wish I could give them negative rating. Dishonest, rude, no idea what customer service is and FRAUDULENT! Do not deal with this company, run.....!!!!
