I had a round trip flight - Pittsburgh to Denver to Seattle. The layover was approx. 1 hour and half. (not bad) but coming home....horrible!!! First, when booking the flight the rep didn't say about the 3 different time zones. So, from Seattle to Denver to CHICAGO then Pittsburgh because FRONTIER has 1 flight per day to Pittsburgh and my flight was never scheduled to connect. I wouldn't know because I'm not a frequent flyer. As a result, my layover was 10 hours in Denver. I had called customer service and told them about my misfortune, thinking they would kindly put me in a hotel (I would had stayed in a motel) but the customer service personnel was so rude! He said, " oh, well! You and other people has the same situation. I was too shock and exhausted to give him an ear beating so I just hung up. Unfortunately, I stayed the night at the airport. Then on time I boarded the plane and on schedule we landed in Chicago. It was ONLY suppose to be for 40 minutes-layover just to clean the plane. So, I asked can I sit and wait on the plane. They said no. While sitting and waiting for the plane to get clean, the gate was changed. I never heard it o'er the intercom but by the people who was boarding the plane in which I just got off which was going to CANCUN!!! So I ran to my gate only to find it has been delayed for an hour... Then another hour... Then another hour and 40 minutes. Oh, wait another gate change. I'm tired texting but you get my story.
