Rau is a nice hidden gem of a Vietnamese restaurant. I've been here about 3-4 times and every dish I've tried so far has been delicious. If you're looking for some unique takes on your traditional Pho and Bun this is the place to go. Their Pho broth is full of flavour. You can smell and taste all the traditional spices used while they simmered the broth which is sadly a rarity with most Pho places. Their various Bun dishes are also full of flavour, and I would recommend trying their homemade grilled sausage (they also make their own bread for their Banh Mi). Don't forget to take advantage of their weekly specials of 10% off their Bun (vermicelli noodle) dishes on Wednesdays or free spring roll with Pho on Mondays. Can't wait to trying the remainder of their menu items :).
