  • I have been going to gyms for a long time.. but i rarely like them. I do like 24hr. They have everything I want for the most part. I like it more because I know when to go so it is not crowded. They have fair pricing, and no contract and I can go to anyone in the valley which works because I am all over the valley often. So I think it is pretty good. The staff is cool too. I don't like the fact that they don't have a punching bag. Sometimes I just want to beat on the bag and you can't do that with the ones I have been to. The TV's need to be upgraded also. But overall it is a good experience.
